Welcome to the training section. Here you will find all the important Trainee diver (*) and Club diver (**) lecture material and other relevent documents from time to time. These can be downloaded for your personal use and information.
Lectures take place in the D'Arcy Thompson Theatre (on the Concourse, NUIG) at 7.30pm on Wednesdays and is followed by a pool session in the new NUIG (Kingfisher) Sports Center at 9pm.
